Shipping & Handling

1) When will my package ship?
Most orders placed will ship (leave our warehouse to customer) within 5 days of cleared payment, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays and weekends. Orders that do not ship within 5 days include items that are out of stock, on order or unique (i.e. size) requiring special handling.

3) What methods of shipping do you provide?

Our trusted shipping partner is the United States Postal Service (USPS) and we will always take great care in packaging your magic orders to ensure they arrive to you in the best condition possible. If you require shipping by UPS or other carrier, please contact us at 1-800-578-6244 or info@magicians.com.


4) Who is responsible for my package once shipped?

Once the package is shipped by Magicians.com, the package is in the responsibility of the shipping carrier. Insurance can be requested on a per order basis.


5) What happens if I mistakenly enter my shipping or other similar information?

If you make a mistake on your shipping or billing information and discover the mistake after checkout, please call us immediately at 1-800-578-6244.

We are not liable for any mistakes, typos, oversights etc. that customers do not inform us about within 12 hours of placing the order (leave a voicemail message if after hours).

Customers are responsible for all return to sender fees if a package is refused or returned to us for any reason. If this occurs, customers will be fully refunded for the price of the returned item(s) minus a $1.50 plus $.40 per item handling fee. Shipping costs are never refunded.





Return Policy

1) What is your Return Policy?

Magicians.com thrives to provide exceptional customer service beginning the moment you first visit us and after you receive your package!

Magicians.com is happy to offer a 30 Day Return Policy - subject to the following conditions:

- Starting from ship date by carriers items must be returned within 30 days to Magicians.com. No refund after 30 days.

- Returns accepted only for unopened items or items that are damaged due to manufacturer defect.

- Product not eligible for return includes Media items (for example, DVDs), opened items, used items, scratched or otherwise damaged items due to customer handling.

- A Return Merchandise Authorization number is required for all returns
You must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization ("RMA") number within our return policy period. Magicians.com will not accept returns without an RMA number and materials will be sent back on sender's expense. RMAs are valid for 15 days, within which the return must be received by Magicians.com

Please email info@magicians.com and submit your RMA request. Your RMA request must include the following information: 1) Order Number found in email confirmation or receipt. 2) Names of product being returned 3) Purpose for return 4) Your contact information (name and telephone number)

You will receive an RMA number and form. Please display the RMA number prominently on your package and include the form with your package.

- For your protection, all returns must be shipped freight prepaid and with a tracking number.

- Customers are responsible for using reputable carriers that are capable of providing proof of delivery and insurance for the entire value of the shipment. Customers agree to bear risk of loss for the product during return shipment. No COD or Freight collect returns will be accepted by Magicians.com.

- Damaged or defective items: Contact Magicians.com immediately within 10 days of receiving your order. Items reported after 10 days will not be considered for a refund or exchange.

- Customers will be responsible for return shipment charges and a $1.50 + .40 per item handling fee for all returned items.

- We do not allow any items to be refused unless the customer provides proof of a fraudulent transaction (both a copy of a police report and proof that the credit card number used in the transaction has been canceled). No refunds will be given for orders that are refused and customer will be charged for any and all return shipment fees.


Business Hours

1) What are your hours of operation?

Magicians.com hours of operation: Monday - Friday, 9am - 3pm CST. Most packages will ship (leave the Magicians.com warehouse to customer) within 5 days if order is received by 9AM PST/11AM CST/12PM EST on business days, Monday - Friday. Closed on major Holidays (Easter, Thanksgiving, Christmas, Labor Day, Memorial Day, ...).


Secure Transactions and Privacy Policy

1) Is my order and credit card information protected and secured at Magicians.com?

Customer's right to security is of the utmost importance to Magicians.com! Our shopping application is built on the safe and secure Yahoo! Platform. Your personal information and all credit card transactions are protected with strong encryption and security standards.

Privacy Policy

Magicians.com guards your security and privacy through the measures outlined below:

- Your personal information will never be sold or given away - All transactions are processed on a secure server - Utilization of industry-standard Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology that encrypts any information that is transferred across the Internet from your computer to our servers. The information that is encrypted includes:
