Our trusted shipping partner is the United States Postal Service (USPS) and we will always take great care in packaging your magic orders to ensure they arrive to you in the best condition possible. Once the package is shipped by Magicians.com, the package is in the responsibility of the shipping carrier. Insurance can be requested on a per order basis.
If you make a mistake on your shipping or billing information and discover the mistake after checkout, please call us immediately at 1-800-578-6244.
We are not liable for any mistakes, typos, oversights etc. that customers do not inform us about within 12 hours of placing the order (leave a voicemail message if after hours).

Magicians.com is happy to offer a 30 Day Return Policy - subject to the following conditions:
- Starting from ship date by carriers items must be returned within 30 days to Magicians.com. No refund after 30 days.
- Returns accepted only for unopened items or items that are damaged due to manufacturer defect.
- Product not eligible for return includes Media items (for example, DVDs), opened items, used items, scratched or otherwise damaged items due to customer handling.
- A Return Merchandise Authorization number is required for all returns
You must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization ("RMA") number within our return policy period. Magicians.com will not accept returns without an RMA number and materials will be sent back on sender's expense. RMAs are valid for 15 days, within which the return must be received by Magicians.com
Please email info@magicians.com and submit your RMA request. Your RMA request must include the following information:
1) Order Number found in email confirmation or receipt.
2) Names of product being returned
3) Purpose for return
4) Your contact information (name and telephone number)
You will receive an RMA number and form. Please display the RMA number prominently on your package and include the form with your package.
- For your protection, all returns must be shipped freight prepaid and with a tracking number.
- Customers are responsible for using reputable carriers that are capable of providing proof of delivery and insurance for the entire value of the shipment. Customers agree to bear risk of loss for the product during return shipment. No COD or Freight collect returns will be accepted by Magicians.com.
- Damaged or defective items: Contact Magicians.com immediately within 10 days of receiving your order. Items reported after 10 days will not be considered for a refund or exchange.
- Customers will be responsible for return shipment charges and a $1.50 + .40 per item handling fee for all returned items.
- We do not allow any items to be refused unless the customer provides proof of a fraudulent transaction (both a copy of a police report and proof that the credit card number used in the transaction has been canceled). No refunds will be given for orders that are refused and customer will be charged for any and all return shipment fees.
Magicians.com hours of operation: Monday - Friday, 9am - 3pm CST. Most packages will ship (leave the Magicians.com warehouse to customer) within 5 days if order is received by 9AM PST/11AM CST/12PM EST on business days, Monday - Friday. Closed on major Holidays (Easter, Thanksgiving, Christmas, Labor Day, Memorial Day, ...).
